In business for a decade now, this independent book store has become a hub of the Milwaukee literary scene.  The wide variety of books available is fortunately matched with the ability of the staff to assist in any selection-related queries you might have.  Naturally, I personally love perusing their Milwaukee history section.  With nearly daily events hosted, Boswell not only offers a platform to established authors on national tours promoting their latest book, but also to local new writers looking to build an audience.  I have attended several of these events, and they consistently draw diverse and engaged crowds from around the Milwaukee area, young and old alike.
